Or do you need to replace them?** A: I wash mine with antibacterial soap, then leave them in a solution of water and miltons steriliser overnight. I have used mine for months befor replacing them. They have really helped me to manage my prolapse. I couldn't be without them. **Q: How do you know what size to get?** A: I am afraid it was trial and error there is no one size fits all you can get a suitable pessary fitted by gp or hospital I have a prolapse good luck.
