I use it to drink like water, to include in my skin nutrient product that I make myself and I use it to externally maintain the external skin on my legs, arms and feet. The one thing that I definitely do not do with it is cook with it. That would be the incorrect method for me to utilize the potent life force in this Aloe. Also, as it relates to the skin nutrient, I hardly ever use soap on my face. I am talking about maybe 3 times a year do I wash my face in any soap and the kind of soap that I use is from another country. I only use Witch Hazel to ever clean my skin. It did nothing to soothe my throat/LPR.
