The taste was much like 'Old Peculiar.' but deeper and more flavorsome. I used 2ltr Soft Drink Bottles and 1 ltr Glass bottles for the bottling. Very happy with the product. Recommend two fermentation buckets to keep things on the go rather than having to wait for the next batch!
