No more stiff neck and shoulders and no more pain and sore muscles. The pillow has a “cooling” area in the middle which feels amazing! I sleep on my back, sides and sometimes my stomach throughout the night, and no matter which position I sleep in, I always wake up feeling good and no sore neck. There are two different heights at both ends of the pillow, and I use both ends depending on which position I’m sleeping, and both heights feel good for different sleeping positions. The “cooling” area in the middle of the pillow is throughout the whole middle part of the pillow, so no matter which end I sleep on, the cooling area is there, and it’s very soothing. If you are trying to decide whether or not you should purchase the pillow, just go ahead and do it! You won’t regret your decision. I was so happy I decided to try it because I love it, and it has made a world of difference.
