The plates arrived in perfect condition but the bowls were almost all broken due to not being shipped in the proper heavier box instead of the typical thinner cardboard that items come in. desertcart of course made it right but I then had to search another place to find JUST the bowls instead of a set. Pretty sure I lost money on this deal but the design and quality of these dishes is great. Review: Noritake delivered the wrong china and will not replace it for the price I paid - I ordered this during the holiday sales for a gift for my daughter. Noritake sent one correct box, and one incorrect box. There is no way for me to request a replacement. Noritake customer service is closed until Dec 30. To get a full set, now I have to pay more. desertcart customer service has been NO HELP - they are completely useless. I am disappointed and will never order Noritake china from desertcart ever again.
