Revived my aging real drop-outs on my e-bike, providing appropriate torque for the axle for the hub motor to spin around without damaging the drop. Great product, if your e-bike doesn't come with a torque arm - i recommend installing one (particularly if you're a heavy rider like me) - you'll save yourself a write off in a few years, and get more life out of an older e-bike. I feel that the shape and fitting method of this particular arm makes it quite versatile for a lot of set ups, a lot of unique e-bike designs out there, many not really following any established standards, making fitting after-factory things very difficult. This might be the torque arm that fits your awkward set up like it did for me

Awesome product made by hardcore e-bike gurus! Have been riding with the V6 torque arm for a few weeks. It’s been working flawlessly and has greatly improved performance and safety of my bike. It was easy to install and made of high quality materials. Grin customer service also great as I had a few questions that received a quick response. I’m riding an entry level e-bike with 750w motor. Had my back wheel come off while riding due to torque stress causing my axle to spinout of the dropout. My derailleur hanger broke and my power cable wrapped around itself almost sheering through. This incident also caused my back dropout to widen leaving me open to further issues. I initially decided to use a cheap torque arm but after further research I realized that was a mistake and turned to Grin Tech for the much needed safety upgrade. There aren’t any other options I could find that offered the same quality in design and materials. Highly recommended as this is a critical safety component to have on all e-bikes.

High quality, built solid, and highly adjustable! I have an old cargo bicycle that I converted to an e-bike. The rear wheel dropouts were such that I could not configure standard torque arms to fit. Since these torque arms can be adjusted to many different angles, they make a perfect fit for virtually any frame geometry. These super-thick torque arms, perfectly fitted to my bike frame, fill me with confidence that the axle will stay in place under load. I highly recommend this product.

Actually stainless steel installing the insert with a rubber mallet or a standard framing hammer is not gonna happen. I used a 2 pound sledge and it took a couple of minutes. Barely left a mark on the metal. The insert teeth and the inside of the arm had a slightly different shape. The teeth on the insert were kind of rounded. I also purchased this for 16 mm axle and there was no 16 mm split washer had to use cheap split washer from crappy torque arm kit that I removed because it was garbage the motor that was in my dropouts 1500 W G062 105 Nm of torque kind of ruined my dropouts. I replaced that with a direct drive 4000 W 100nm I purchased two of these. There is one on each side 6 mm of 17-4 stainless. call me paranoid or call me friggin safe you choose it received a four star because of the split washer and they dropped the price four dollars per kit two days after I purchased mine disappointed me haven’t taken it on the road yet, but it looks freaking savage feel pretty confident will add photo later

My ebike has a frame that makes if hard for other torque arms to fit, being able to adjust 7-degrees is a huge plus. The long length also means it can withstand high powered ebikes.

Worked great..did modify it somewhat but ...did the job....!

Had to replace the motor on my grandson's Ridstar Q20. The dropouts were slightly damaged so I put one of these on each side and they work really well. And don't think we'll have any more problems.

In the video they slide on the insert like it's nothing, but in real life it takes hours of hammer and screwdrivers and random tools to get that on and off.
