T-Mobile Prepaid SIM Card Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data in USA for 30 Days

I got 3 sim cards, 2 android and 1 iphone. Got some trouble to activete 1 card (I did something wrong) , but the Support was fixing it, and after 1 hour everything was working. Will use next time also. 5 STAR

TL;DR THIS IS A SCAM - GET A REFUND FROM AMAZON (worked for me) Don't believe the Q&A on this page. There is NO high-speed data available on this card. Only 2G. If you need anything else, you have to get this package directly from TMO (for roughly double the price at time of writing). TMO directly will have 5G. It will look like a technical issue to users with no knowledge of how mobile networks behave technically because when you move from one cell tower to another, it can sometimes take TMO a couple of minutes to correctly limit your speed to what the seller of this card is paying them for. This results in short intervals of 4G/5G availability. However, this card is only enabled for 2G and once that cell tower has checked in with the central database to see if the SIM is eligible to use 4G/5G, it will block any and all connections using those technologies (even emergency calls). The tech support from the seller plays the con by giving you lists of things to do (with 48h+ response times), none of which will ever work because they have contracted only 2G for the SIM they sold you. They know this and THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. They hope you don't figure it out until it is too later (ie before Amazon's return window closes) or just blame yourself for not figuring it out or your phone for not working. But it is 100% THE SELLERS FAULT!

Bought it for my friend who was visiting the US and it works well, they also support transferring the service to eSIM which cannot be more convenient than ever, love it!

The item is good. Had a bit of a problem with the QR CODE, it takes you to a page no longer in service. But, you send them an e-mail that is provided and they will respond and help you. You give them the info they need to activate the SIM card and they’ll activate the card and release to you a phone number. Thanks.

I got a sim card for T-Mobile provided by fastsimtravel.com. When the SIM arrived, I thought I could just call T-Mobile, but that did not work. I had to deal with the vendor. I was worried. After sending them some photos of all the details of my purchase, and IMEI number on my phone, the SIM started working. Be advised that the activation must be made through the provider and be patient. Mine was working within 24 hours of attempting to activate through fastsimtravel.com. They offer activation via Whatsapp or email. They respond quicker to Whatsapp. I used the SIM while traveling in the USA. I used it for two weeks. My total data usage was less than 2G. I probably made about 15 calls. I bought train tickets, and did some other very important transactions while traveling. So, for me it was well worth it because my provider offers international roaming that ends up costing far more than the $25 I paid for the SIM. So, I am satisfied. Thank you.

customer service ist non existant. have been trying to activate this SIM for the past three days. the instructions were very simple, we just had to send in a picture with the SIM cards. received an email after two days that the card has been activated and a phone number but it is not active. the seller will not send any contanct information just directs you to t-mobile. customer service won't pick up. will be returning these. Update: finally managed to activate the two Sim with T-Mobile customer service after 5 days! I recommend purchasing a SIM directly from T-Mobile as the connection is very unreliable. There was no connection in Seattle downtown! When there is no connection you can't navigate or make phone calls. There were several instances when no calls could be made from both sims, it was unclear what caused the lack of signal since it did not work in city areas, so these were not calls placed in rural areas. The internet connection was also extremely unreliable during the entire month. We were within the metro areas of Portland and Seattle, so the is no excuse for not having a reliable internet connection. Will NEVER purchase again.

Before the purchase, I was skeptical because of the mixed information reading from the review. But since this is an affordable option + fast shipping, I decided to give it a try. Overall it works fine, and here are my experiences and takeaways: 1. I think this card goes through tmobile network, but it's not official tmobile account, so you cannot get support from tmobile. 2. The card needs a pretty old school online activation, which could take up to 24 hours to be able to use it. So please prepare lead time for that if you want to start using it at a give start time. In my case, I submitted my form at around 7PM, and the card was activated around 11am-ish the next day. I bet they have some real person activating it. 3.
