It did after a lot of futzing around. The insertion force into the camera socket needed is frightful - there is no click-lock like on the Canon Remote Shutter control. It took a lot of force to get the time-lapse function to work with the DL300 dolly. I tested the cable continuity with pins and an ohmmeter to see if it was actually connecting. See photograph for comparison. I might consider building my own with used Canon parts. Tried with two different Canon cameras with same behavior.
