Barbell 1/2-Inch High Density Exercise Yoga Mat with Strap | Multiple Options

I love CAP mats. I went with a thinner mat this time versus the thicker one I purchased a while back. This one arrived a little bit bruised and banged up. That’s okay as it’ll still work for my leg glue and thigh workouts. The mat itself is comfortable and seems well made. Also I roll it up after every use and so far have had no issues with it. I will always purchase from CAP for the quality and thickness of the mat. When I’m working arms - I toss the mat on the floor and it makes for a nice little spot for my Great Pyrenees to chill! If you own one…you know!!

Just as expected. Comfortable and squishy. Had a carrying strap as well do easy use. Folds up easily and can be easily stored. Just what I needed

So I got this exercise mat to workout on at home. I must say it is nice and thick. I love the carrying strap that comes with it makes it easy to carry from one room to the next. I wouldn't mind paying this amount if I ever needed another one because it's definitely worth the money. It's so soft I almost fell asleep on it after working out. Lol

Reasonably priced and comes rolled up with a handy carrying strap, making it super easy to take anywhere. It’s lightweight, a great size, good metarial and nice and thick—so no knee or elbow pain at all during workouts or planks. High quality and definitely worth it!

Nice floor pad. Quality product. USPS did not follow delivery instructions and left the package sitting on the ground in the parking lot.

Good thickness for floor exercises without feeling too soft or unstable. It rolls up easily and the strap makes it convenient to store or carry. Nothing fancy, but it does exactly what an exercise mat should do.

I needed more padding for my yoga classes than the traditional thin yoga mats. This mat fit the bill! It’s supportive and soft providing support for my back and knees on the hard studio floor. It rolls up nicely and fits into my yoga bag. The strap is a nice extra feature which keeps the mat from unrolling. It’s durable, attractive and odor free

I originally bought these yoga mats for exercising, but they've also turned out to be perfect for relaxing on the bow of our yacht. We spend almost every weekend on the boat, and these provide a comfortable place to lay out and enjoy the sun. The mats have held up really well so far, even with regular use in a marine environment. They're comfortable to lay on, easy to roll up and store, and they stay in place better than I expected. The material also cleans up easily after being exposed to sunscreen, sand, and occasional splashes of water. Overall, the quality has exceeded my expectations for the price. Whether you're using them for yoga, workouts, camping, boating, or just lounging outside, these mats are a great value and I'd definitely buy them again. Compared to the other mats we have purchased, these are thicker and provide a bit more comfort. You will notice in the picture that the mat on the left is quite thin. This one is thicker, but it does take up a little more space. (In the picture, this item is the mat on the right, or "starboard" side.)
