Product description          The Sobrasada de Mallorca de El Zagal, a family business founded in 1905, is a cured pork sausage made entirely by hand. This sobrasada 'Gold Label' is an excellent combination of the best pork meats, seasoned with the finest paprika, which gives it a characteristic red color. Subsequently it is subjected to a prolonged healing process. It is ideal to prepare delicious snacks, pizzas, salads, or to make some very original tapas. This sobrasada bears the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) seal, which guarantees its exceptional quality.
