Why does the details page display 18V, but what I received was 20V? What is the difference?

They are the same. 18V is the standard rated voltage, while 20V is the max voltage it can reach with full charge. Regardless of whether it's 20V or 18V on the label, the battery is the same power with 2000mAh capacity.

How about the max torque for the power tool combo kits?

Electric drill max torque 35Nm, 21+1 gears torque adjustment, 2 speeds adjustment 0-400RPM / 0-1500RPM. Impact screwdriver max torque 160Nm, no-load speed 0-2200RPM, impact frequency: 0-3000BPM, widely used for screwing or metal and wood drilling.

Can I use the tool kits to remove car tire lugs?

No, they're not suitable for car tire lugs.

How about the weight of the tool set? Carry out?

Weight within 10 pounds. The bits are packed in cloth bags, collected. With a carrying bag, it's portable and easy to store.
