You’ll need the metal bar that runs through the centre of the wheel, my old one fitted perfect. Not used it much so far but happy with it Review: Solved the problem of forever-flat tyres - Was totally fed up with forever finding the barrow's tyre flat after being left for a while. Constantly repairing it & often replacing the inner tube - the barrow was virtually unusable. So I decided to buy this. The axel fitting wasn't quite right & I had to get out the angle grinder to cut bits off & fit the bearings I removed from the old wheel (hence 4 stars) - in a way that was my fault for not buying the right fitting, but it wasn't obvious what fitting it would come with, or if it would be right for my barrow.
