Many other support products for the back seemed too thick and burdensome, but what I particularly appreciated about this product is that it has a height that is not too high. Indeed, when actually using it, the height was comfortable and not at all inconvenient. While I haven't used it for an extended period yet and can't be certain about any long-term effects, it seems like a good pillow that allows for a more comfortable and supportive posture when sleeping or lying down without much strain. After a few nights, I found the pillow moved around too much every time I moved and I would have to adjust it. I am a side sleeper, and reviews indicated that this was good for side sleepers. I found it to be useless. It is so thin, only about an inch or inch and a quarter thick, that it wasn't supporting me at all. The material is so soft that it simply flattened out. I had used it, and washed the cover, so I couldn't return it.
