BODYRHYTHM Compact Adjustable Weight Bench for Full Body Strength Training, Ab/Back Hyper Roman Chair, Adjustable Ab Sit up Bench, Incline Decline Bench, Flat Bench, Hyperextension Bench, Back

2023, I needed a compact, affordable sit-up bench for my home gym. This one fit the bill perfectly. Recently saw a NordBench Pro ad, as I am now interested in Back Extension exercises. I almost bought it ($375), but recalled that this one might handle BE routines. Turns out it does, and at 5'8", 175, I give this Mighty Mouse an A+. In general it's a well made, very versatile, sturdy (but light weight), compact and looks great. The padding is decent and all the exercises I use feel safe, well grounded and comfortable.

Would rate higher but only put together and did a few sit ups on haven’t fully tested but easy to assemble all tools included and seems very stable as well as good materials shouldn’t have any issues imo Update works great. Almost didn’t buy due to a review that said something about having to put weights on front feet to keep from tipping while using and I think they either set it up wrong, very heavy or are challenged. Very stable no tipping and comfortable.

This little thing has everything I was looking for. Roman chair, incline for abs, preacher curls. I'm 6ft, 235 and it's a perfect fit. Ton of exercises if you have any imagination, and stury enough. Visually appealing, very compact and easy assembly!

Good and sturdy quality, stable enough as long as you make sure it’s on an even floor, carpet works best. Easy to adjust to do the various exercises but I mostly use it to strengthen my back so I can have a stronger core. It doesn’t occupy much space compared to the other alternatives out there and this is the smallest one I could find that has the right quality. It works for my small space in the basement. Worth a try!

This is great for being able to fold up and put away when not in use, easy assembly. The pads are good quality but it is almost too short for me to do crunches and arm exercises on and I’m 5’6” 140. If you’re doing crunches on this you need to put something over the screws at the main bar because they dig into the back of your legs, it’s like they should have designed it to where the screws are under the pad and not at the end of it. All in all I like this bench and use it often but I would recommend getting something more sturdy if you’re planning on incorporating any weights into work outs on this because it’s just not sturdy enough for weighted workouts or step ups.
