Organic Smart Bran Cereal, 10.6 oz (Pack of 1)

I have been eating this cereal daily for about 2 years and I really like it. It has a great amount of fiber and I can tell you first hand that it does the job. It kind of looks like rabbit food and will not overwhelm you with flavor. After eating for a week or so I really started noticing a little sweetness and really enjoy the flavor now. It’s not anything like eating high sugar cereal but I enjoy the flavor and the crunch. I would not leave it sitting in milk too long before eating because it absorbs pretty fast and will get pretty soggy. It is low calorie and has decent protein in it as well. Besides the health ingredients it helped me lose over 60 lbs. I find that it keeps me full longer than most breakfast that I eat. It is a little pricier than other cereals but for the clean and quality ingredients I find it a good value. Try for a week or two and I think it will grow on you.

I was looking for something that had almost the daily allowance of fiber in one serving. I came across this! The ingredients are clean and the cereal is filling. Im in my late 20s and the rate of colon cancer has been increasing over the years. It feels good knowing that this will help my gut/colon health with the amount of fiber it offers in a serving. The sugar content is low, it doesn’t taste like rabbit food despite the way it looks (lol), and I’d say the value is alright. You can expect to pay a tiny premium for something of this quality - that being said the price point is NOT terrible at all when you think of other big name brands that cost nearly $6/box for super processed cereals full of sugar that aren’t organic. You can feel good purchasing this 👍

I've been on a hunt for a bran cereal I can eat often without getting tired of it. This is the only one so far. It tastes fresh and mild, and without sweetness that I can taste. It's also high on the amount of fiber per serving. It is a light in weight cereal though, so it's easy to go through a bag quickly.

My purchase of 5 boxes of cerèal was shipped in a bag and all boxes were crushed. Who thought that was a good idea?

BEST Cereal on the planet! Tastes great and has the highest amount of fiber per serving of any cereal. With only two servings you get over 100% of daily fiber. It definitely helps with regulation, keeps you full, and is healthy. Highly recommend!!!!

To me, the taste is delicious and it only takes a little. Just make sure you don't exceed the serving size or else you'll have an explosion.
