Do they use pesticide such as roundup?

The Teff Company does not use products containing or derived from Glyphosate (i.e. Roundup) in the growing or processing of any of our teff products.

Can you sprout these grains and grow grass with them?

If you are referring to sprouting for eating, yes it can be done. However it is not quite as easy as with other larger grains.

What is the best method for long term storage of an open bag? I might go with Teff 25 lbs. bag on their site and portion it out.

I'm not 100% sure but am quite certain it can be stored in a cool, dry place like flour for up to 1+ years and/or in the freezer. I don't know how frequently you plan to use it but 25 lbs. is a lot.
