I absolutely love this cooler. What initially attracted me was the appearance—it looks beautiful and stylish enough to use indoors while still being durable enough for outdoor entertaining. I purchased the white and black version, and it blends seamlessly with virtually any décor. One of my favorite features is the rolling wheels. The cooler is easy to move wherever you need it. I can roll it to the garage or kitchen to load drinks, then effortlessly move it to the patio or lawn or wherever guests are gathering. The wheels are sturdy and make entertaining much easier. The interior dividers are another fantastic feature. You can use them or remove them completely depending on your needs. I often separate bottled water from canned sodas, and it keeps everything organized and easy for guests to find. If you need one large compartment, simply remove the dividers. The lower shelf is surprisingly useful as well. I store extra cases of water, soda, or other beverages underneath, which frees up space elsewhere and keeps everything conveniently located. For parties, this cooler keeps drinks cold for days. One trick I use is to refrigerate all the beverages beforehand and then place the cold drinks directly into the cooler. This allows me to skip the ice entirely, which means no melted ice water dripping onto my floors. When I do use ice, the side handles are perfect for hanging dish towels so guests can quickly wipe off bottles or cans. What surprised me most is how useful it is even when I’m not entertaining. I keep it beside my kitchen island and use it as a dedicated beverage station for bottled water. My family knows exactly where to find drinks when they visit and simply help themselves. Since the cooler is approximately counter height, it also provides valuable extra workspace when needed. I own several YETI coolers, and while they are excellent for outdoor adventures, this cooler is far better for entertaining. Guests don’t have to bend over to search through a pile of drinks, everything stays organized, and the elevated height is much more convenient. Overall, this cooler combines style, functionality, organization, and convenience better than any beverage cooler I’ve owned. It has become one of the most useful and frequently used items in my home. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice cooler. It is sturdy. We know we will get many years of use out of this ice chest. The fit and finish are terrific. The wheels are strong. Assembly took 10 minutes at best. The ability to split/adjust the opening of the ice/beverage compartment is a particularly well thought out feature. That makes it really versatile depending upon your guests wants and needs for refreshment. The drain plug works well. The removable lid is also a win. Lids can often get in the way when the party is underway. We filled with ice and let it stand. Two days later the ice has melted somewhat but the majority is still there. Our only wish would be that it came in a different variety of colors. Every single piece is made to quality standards. A very well designed product. We highly recommend this cooler!!! Party on!!!

Perfect fit. You know how you buy something unassembled and the holes don’t line up? Well not on this product. Everything lines up perfectly and assembly is a breeze. Well made and very sturdy. Great wheels and easy to move and then lock (two wheels are locking type) Amazed at how much beer and soft drinks this cooler holds and the compartment dividers help guests get to what they want. Worth the money

I used the Permasteel Rolling Patio Cooler for a party I hosted recently, and it performed better than my other coolers. The ice didn’t melt nearly as much, so drinks stayed cold throughout the entire event. That alone made it worth it. It’s also really stylish — the design looks sharp on the patio and I actually received several compliments on it. The wheels make it super easy to roll around, even when it’s fully loaded. If you’re looking for a large outdoor ice chest that keeps things cold, looks good, and is practical to move, this one checks all the boxes. Very happy with my purchase!

I really like this cooler. Most of the features are great. The only thing I would change is the way that the lid fits onto the top of the cooler itself. The lid is pretty thin and does not engage with the top of the cooler very well (fit is loose). I think if the lid was thicker, and/or had more material that went inside the top of the cooler to lock it in place, that the cooler would seal better.

This is a well made and convenient beverage cooler. Its superior insulation doesn’t allow for condensation to form on the exterior. I highly suggest you keep it in a covered area such as a patio, because the metal exterior gets very hot when exposed to the direct sun, even for a short period of time. I loaded it up for the July Fourth weekend with four cases of soft drinks, bottled water and beer and there was still room for about one or two more cases. Empty, it’s pretty light and easy to push/pull with the heavy duty handles. It’s not much more difficult when fully stocked, because the wheels are quality, load bearing wheels. I made a good decision, when I selected this steel, wheeled cooler over one of the poly models, and would do it all over again if I had to.

This is my 3rd purchase of my all time favorite brand Permasteel! I was looking for a cooler to be placed near my front door for my amazing packages deliveries. Yes including all my amazon drivers that deliver my packages during hot days. I got my cooler so fast with prime. Arrived a day early. The package is well packed and it even include any tools that i may need with the installations. Installation was very easy and fast. I always choose this brand because its sleek design and affordable. I like the feel and functionality of this cooler. The quality of the whole cooler are beyond my expectation. It has a great spout to drain the water for the cooler with no mess. Also the bottle opener is so convenient. The ice stays for 3 days in the cooler. That is amazing!! I used it for family bbq too. Easy to roll around the house for different location. Again another amazing purchase from Permasteel. I’m a happy girl! Also all my mail carries loves it too! Keeping everyone cool.

My husband loves to entertain and when I saw this I couldn’t resist. It did not disappoint! It’s a perfect addition to our pool parties. The cooler can be divided into two or three sections if you should choose or you can remove the dividers and have one big cooler. It’s nice to be able to section off one area to be able to have ice for beverages and the other section for the beverages. We used both dividers to accommodate wine bottles, beer and seltzers, and then alcohol free beverages. Plenty of room! The cooler can hold at least 80 pounds of ice, we used 60 in addition to all of the beverages and could have easily added another bag. The ice was put in at about 10:00 am for a 2:00 party. We never had to refill with ice, as a matter of fact we still had ice throughout the next day. Just for reference, the weather in New England has been in the low 90s and humid, and the cooler was in direct sunlight. The only drawback, with the cover being black it does get very hot to the touch but a nice towel over the top does the trick. This cooler is well worth the cost. We are looking forward to using it not only for our pool parties but for holidays as well. It will go easily in to house.
