Review: Exactly what I was hoping for. - Combined with a solar panel this is the perfect home security camera. The motion sensitivity, picture quality, night vision, lights, and people detection all work as advertised. Combined with the Ring solar panel, it is virtually self sustaining. I decided to install two batteries as a redundancy but it turned out not to be necessary as the first battery stays charged above 95% even after multiple cloudy days - I've been kind of amazed. It never taps into the second battery but I leave it in as insurance. I highly recommend this system. PS The setup of the camera and solar panel was super easy.
