Well you do now.” The rebound feature is actually super helpful—it’s like the wheel gently says, “I got you,” while your core screams, “WHY.” It feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t wobble like my motivation on leg day. Bonus points for making me feel like I worked out hard even after just a few reps (or… attempts). Would I recommend it? Yes. Will it humble you? Also yes. Great little device if you’re ready to strengthen your core and question your life choices at the same time 😄

Tidy bit of kit. Seems sturdy and works well. Never tried an ab wheel before, but it's a bit more interesting than sit ups, and feels easier on my low back. Gives a proper pump on the lats and triceps aswell. Cheers.
