## Questions & Answers

**Q: What if I want to return the bed .... can I get a full refund**
A: They offered me $30 to keep it to sell myself. I then asked a question then they offered me $45, then I asked another question and they changed it again to $40. After they changed the refund amount 3 times for me to keep it I told them I wanted the full price of shipping back since I wouldn’t be able to sell it over the retail amount and they supposedly refunded my $80 for the shipping but it has yet to hit my account. So we will see I guess.

**Q: Are the drawers connected or do they sit on the floor?**
A: They have wheels and can be connected to the bed by a slot or left out to roll back and forth underneath the bed

**Q: Can you use a boxspring?**
A: If you want your bed higher, you can,  but it will cover the headboard. This is a platform style so we didn't use a box spring.

**Q: Is it easy to assemble and disassemble in case I’m moving soon?**
A: Yes easy to assemble and could be taken apart in to manageable pieces for moving.

It’s very easy to assemble, the quality is there, the bed frame is not sturdy as it looks in the picture but still fine. It’s doesn’t make noise and the weight is ok.
