There's not a thing I've come across that bothers me yet. It stays put, doesn't slide on hard flooring. The lids open easily, and aren't very noisy when they close. Doesn't seem to fingerprint too badly. The removable containers have a hole near the top of each so you can anchor your garbage bag. Keeps in smell pretty decent. I haven't tried to change or re-order the charcoal filters yet, but they do stick a QR code right inside one lid for when you need them. It's been pretty handy all around. Last thought, not a complaint because they're a good size for my household, but be aware the individual containers aren't huge. For the lids to remain open (ie. cleaning out the fridge and throwing many items away), we have to pull the can away from the wall so that the lids can lean backwards to stay propped open.
