Can the sprayer part be fixed so that it's not hanging down?

Er, no! The coil support is quick stiff so mounting it any other way than sprayer down would be a real problem!

Have a problem getting the right size of box spanner to tighten the tap. Do you know what size and type I need?

Monobloc tap fixings are normally 11 or 13mm (I can’t remember which size this is now). I used a set of box spanners which I bought in Screwfix and they did the job. Hope this helps. Just a word of warning: this tap is complete garbage, only lasting 3 months before it failed… So keep all the box and bits etc… ready to send it back. Regards, Damian
