A Twin pack, should include two boxes (two units and two sets of pads) The unit cannot work without two pads, but this does not make it a twin pack! A single unit is widely available at around £25. £39 is the general offer price for TWO packs. I see that some customers received two full packs when ordering, yet I only got 1. After contacting Amazon and querying this they have said they are sending another pack.Now on to the actual review...These pain relief units and patches are excellent for chronic pain sufferers. I discovered this product a few months ago and have now cut down my anti-inflammatory intake as a result. I've suffered chronic back pain for years.They don't work instantly though. No miracles. Leave the pads on for several hours. I wear mine all day, almost everyday. Just stick with them.I also find that micro porous tape is needed, in my case as I'm quite active, to keep the pads in place. If they don't have a really good contact to the skin they will not work as effectively.
