These ankle straps for cable machines look sturdy, but will they slip during heavy sets?

Not at all. Our kickback ankle strap features a reinforced under-foot strap design that locks the cuff in place. Unlike standard straps, this setup provides total stability for high-intensity glute kickbacks and leg curls without sliding up.

Can these be used as gym cable ankle attachments for both men and women?

Yes, absolutely. These are versatile gym cable ankle attachments with a fully adjustable hook-and-loop system. They are engineered to fit a wide range of sizes, providing a secure and comfortable fit for both men and women.

Will these fit someone with very small ankles?

Yes! Many users recommend these as the perfect ankle straps for cable machines for women with small ankles. The adjustable strap allows you to tighten the cuff significantly more than standard models for a snug, no-slip fit.

Can I use these with my home gym equipment or resistance bands?

Definitely. These function perfectly as home gym equipment accessories. The heavy-duty D-rings allow you to easily connect them to resistance bands with carabiners or any standard functional trainer cable system.

How durable are the D-rings on these ankle cable attachments?

Our ankle cable attachments are built for longevity. We use industrial-strength stainless steel D-rings and double-stitched nylon to ensure they can handle heavy weights without bending or tearing.

Excellent deal

These are really great. Well made. They work. Design gives enough flexibilty to use in different ways with a cable or an exercise band. Easy to get on and off. Velcro is outstanding. It will hold up for quite some time, I think. Great deal for the price. I like them.

Not quick to put on & take off, but comfortable

These work quite well for me. The only issue I find is dealing with very strong Velcro, so I can't put them on and take them off in a couple of seconds; I have to be more patient, and of course that makes an opportunity for not working out. But they work well, and don't hurt when pulled on from the various angles needed for a workout. They are certainly durable, and work with my stretch straps.
