Even so the manual omits reference to the light on the base of the handle for which I have yet to find a function; the clips on the fan which I have yet to work out how they are supposed to be used; or any reference to LED colour change to (presumably) indicate full charge. It is a simple device which is almost intuitive to use but a little more functionality description would be valuable.
