Review: Will Catch Even the Biggest House Spiders - I have severe arachnophobia and this summer has been living hell for me a with a bunch of spiders deciding to waltz on into the house. Trust me when I say these things work - they managed to snatch the biggest house spider I’ve ever seen. Granted he’s only half in the picture but my husband put it out of its misery the second he was home from work, but I cannot fault the quality at all. Does exactly what it’s meant to, and the traps are easy to build and put together. These are now in every single room in the house — and I will be buying more asap. If you have arachnophobia and can’t even bare the thought of getting a cup and paper, or even remotely getting to close to the little monsters, this is ideal. ( it’s also great for gnats too but I mostly got these for the eight legged freaks )

**Q: Are these any good for silver fish?**
A: Yes, it's like a silver fish graveyard, which brings in the spiders

**Q: Do they work on bed bugs?**
A: As I have never had bed bugs I can’t say if they would help. But I do catch silver fish , spiders  & other critters that might walk inside as they are very sticky traps. I think you would need advice on what would irradicate bed bugs. 
I certainly would recommend them for spiders as I never realised how many I had crawling in my house!

**Q: £40 to ship to ireland? forty pounds! are you joking?**
A: I have never paid that fee!

**Q: Why is delivery as expensive as the product?**
A: This is rubbish never worked at all don’t buy

The four stars are because the traps that are visible keep coming open and are a sticky nightmare to try and put back together and they reopen again each time I manage to get them closed again. I’m not sure if the hidden ones have remained closed I’m too scared to check. They are good value for money though with how many you get. Edit 21/10/24 The one by my curtain in the front room pinged open again today. There was three spiders in it phew! I’m soooooo relieved they didn’t come near me but as I’m terrified of them I was shaking trying to close the trap again but I managed to close it and stick some tape on the trap (why I hadn’t thought of that before I do not know) I would recommend these as they definitely catch spiders but I would recommend putting some tape on the trap to keep them closed at the beginning ( hopefully that’ll do the trick)
