It’s a good purchase but the only drawback I feel is that it’s very heavy in weight .. after using it for approx 15-20 mins continuously i feel pain in my arm. Rest steaming quality is good. Also due to heavy weight it’s not that easy to travel.

Wanna have a very bad service. Buy this product and enjoy lietimes' worth of worry. This product doesn't work. Mine broke down in a month. Sent to service center. That took a month Btw. when it came back the product was not even mine. I had two functions to attend in between this. I am just putting this on consumer court. No point on talking to customer care. They appearently just block you.

I was curious to know how it works. It does its job well. Especially, when I use iron box the shrinks will be visible and some shrinks won’t be handled by iron box. But, this steamer does it well. It gives professional no shrink clothes, saves time, safety, worry free that I may get burn my hand or cloth.
