These were pretty easy to install and come with little silicone inserts to help mark the spot; just make sure you line it up properly before marking. I find the price to be fair, especially for metal over plastic. So far they seem to work well, I didn't want it to be difficult to open my drawer (especially since I didn't install a handle on the drawer) but also wanted it to latch strongly since it is installed in a camper. So far I'm loving these but the true test will come when I'm on the road. I installed two of these on a drawer that is pretty heavy/loaded down with materials so I'm interested to see how this works when I'm on the road. I will definitely update the review to conclude how well these latches work in that more extreme setting. Review: These cost a little bit more but they are much tighter grip & holding power.
