Read lots of reviews on here before purchase and can confirm this is a good bit of kit for the price. The item is quite lightweight and seems fairly flimsy however It is substantial enough to hold my weight (95kg) with no worries.... Ladder quite easy to fit for an experienced DIY'er and took me the best part of a day, but I did have to reverse my loft hatch opening and raise the loft floor six inches to miss some pipework which was unfortunately in the way. Bought a catch to go with the ladder as came up as a suggested purchase, but don't do this because there is an adequate catch supplied with the ladder.
