Boasting water resistance to an underwater depth of nearly a thousand feet, this Swiss-made automatic watch is built for divers and water-sports lovers. Set on a stainless steel bracelet, the high-performance timepiece also features a unidirectional ceramic bezel and luminescent markers for easy readability in low-light conditions. Review: Tissot SeaStar Powermatic 80 GMT - The Seastar is a great looking watch. It definitely has some weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap at all. It is a bit larger so it could feel bulky if you have a smaller wrist. My wrist is about 7.5” and it still covers most of it. I still like the way it looks and feels. It keeps great time as well. Review: Swiss quality, Japanese pricing/value - When you combine a terrific Swiss movement (Powermatic 80) with a GMT, you get a great watch. I love the Sprite/Starbucks green and black bezel and the 24 hr markers make it easy to get used to tracking a 2nd time zone. The large face works well on my wrist. A great Prime Day purchase.

Distinctive
Distinctive. Two weeks in and I am happy with this purchase. Was a little worried about the size but I feel it fits great. Holds +/- 2 seconds a day for me, really pleased, may I get a number of years from this watch.

My first Tissot, such a great watch.
I was weighing this and a sold-out Christopher Ward GMT. I ended up purchasing this Tissot because of the black/green color scheme on the rotating bezel. Also from certain angles, when the dial catches the light, it looks black and other times it looks has a “polished stone” effect in black and grey. Not to mention I got a great deal I haven’t seen since I purchased the watch in January. Would purchase another Tissot again.

Great at first…
I was really excited to get this watch. It worked well at first. After a few months, the rotor in the movement started to have an issue called ‘helicoptering’ where the rotor spins when you wind the watch. It’s apparently a known problem with these movements that are also in other Tissot models and other brands like Hamilton. I’ve had two Hamiltons that use a similar movement and they had the same problem. I sent one in to the Hamilton service center and it took almost eight months to get it back. I took the other one to a local dealer for the same repair and got it back in three days. I had to pay for the repair done at the dealer as Hamilton will only fix it at their service center. I didn’t want to wait eight months again, so I paid for the repair. Lesson learned. No other watches from this group for me.

Heavy Quality
This a very nice automatic watch by Tissot. It is quite heavy and not for those looking for a light mechanical watch. So far, very nice.

Amazing timepiece!!! I have a few high end Swiss made timepieces and this one holds its own. I will definitely be purchasing additional Tissot timepieces.
