As soon as I got this I opened it and tasted it dry. I was pleasantly surprised. The taste somewhat resembles powdered milk which is no surprise since it is milk protein. All those reviewers that said this tastes terrible are picky eaters and have no tolerance for anything that doesn't taste like a chocolate sundae.I bought this because it has 2 ingredients, is whey isolate, is grass fed and no artificial sweeteners and flavors.
