Es ist kein Arduino zum Programmieren erforderlich. Aber der ATMEL USP ISP Programmer (von Roboter-Bausatz) ist mindestens genau so gut, wenn man ohnehin mit BASCOM programmiert. Er kostet auch nur einen Bruchteil.
