I originally bought a wrist strap for my camera and it was a little too bulky for my camera bag. This one is small and virtually unnoticeable until you hold the camera. It is also surprisingly comfortable. The best part is that the tripod plate that comes with it attaches perfectly to the PD clip v3, but my one minor complaint is that the clip doesn’t attach to my tripods gimble. I use the Manfroto pistol grip gimble and I have to change the plate every time when I want to use the tripod but since I have to slow down for it anyways, it doesn’t really bother me all that much. I have it installed on a Sony a6000 and traveled all of Italy with a comfortable grip on the camera. This grip is even comfortable with a long telephoto lens mounted on the camera. I had it set to the largest size and it wasn’t pleasant for shooting with my Sony A6700 - and the strap would slide off to the side of the L plate and get stuck.
