The other was faulty right from the start, requiring immediate return for repairs, and subsequently broke again. Despite claims from AIMs that the issues stem from my system, this is not the case. Further research reveals numerous similar complaints about this company online. Additionally, the advertised remote management software does not work. When attempting to use the warranty, I found that not only does the buyer pay for shipping of these heavy units, but AIMs also frequently claims that issues are not covered under the warranty.
