The one I ordered is mounted on our forklift, but I believe it is with a couple of screws. **Q: Whats the size?** A: This product will hold stardard letter size (8 x 11") pages, pamphlets and such, up to about 1 1/2" thick. We water tested with a light spray from a garden hose and the inside stayed dry. I would not recomend opening it until after the water has had a chance to drip off though. **Q: Would this product hold a 1 inch 3 ring binder?** A: No you would need a larger size for the 1" binder.
