If you're in the market for a MacBook Pro, I highly recommend getting this one.
This is the second 'Premium' MacBook Pro I've purchased through Amazon. This review is for the 2023 Apple MacBook Pro with M2 Max Chip (16.2-inch, 32GB, 1TB SSD Storage) I purchased a month ago. The MacBook arrived in absolutely perfect condition with 90% battery health, you could easily confuse it with being brand new. I have it hooked up to 3 monitors and it works flawlessly. I am beta testing the upcoming 'Golden Gate Public Beta' and this MacBook handles it with no problems. I saved over $1,000 versus purchasing a new model and couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for a MacBook Pro, I highly recommend getting this one.

I'd order from CTech again!
I couldn't be happier with my purchase and CTech II's prompt and helpful customer service. The MacBook M2 Max 16 inch, 32gb RAM, 1 TB SSD, 12/38 core CPU/GPU is flawless, not a mark, setup was as it would be for a new unit and it went smoothly even for a LONG time Windows user, a user who started with DOS, in 1982 (an oldie) . I had questions and CTech was right there with answers. A purchase like this online sight unseen is a scary undertaking but I would do it again! The only thing I would change is to require a signature on delivery, the delivery sat on my top stoop unattended 😳 signature should be required, maybe I missed a check box. But otherwise fantastic, thanks

Like New!
This MacBook looks virtually brand new—flawless, without a single scratch or blemish. The battery cycle count is at 81, and it performs perfectly. Every port, the keyboard, WiFi, and speakers function exactly as expected. While the packaging wasn’t impressive, it hardly mattered given the pristine condition of the device. It did come with an off-brand charger, which is a slight letdown considering Apple’s premium quality, but not a dealbreaker for me. The only lingering question is whether any non-OEM parts have been used. I’ve had generic components in my iPhone before and wasn’t a fan, but so far, this MacBook feels 100% original.

Discovered charging issue
One of the ports can't be used to charge the device. Update: I initially gave 2 stars but since I'm happy with the device overall I'm changing the rating to 4 to be fair.

Cleaner delivery, please
I was kind of surprised when I got my laptop. there were crumbs and dust all over the screen and keyboard. :-/. Also, I was kind of bummed to see the laptop did not come in its original Apple box but that’s minor. I turned the computer on logged into my account and everything seemed to be OK with the computer so far. The laptop was shipped in a timely manner! And was tracked with a FedEx tracking number and signature require, thank you.
