There's a 3-Stage blending process after the Cow button is pressed. There have been no problems with blending - The milk comes out strong. No Straining - The filter basket where the nuts and ingredients are put in - catches all the pulp afterwards so there's no mess. It can be used as a placeholder for the motor/blade and filter basket after use, and also can be used to tighten and loosen filter basket from the blade (no more wet hands..!)
