The Growlers are an American band formed in Southern California who's sound has been described as a trademark style of music, effortlessly managing to combine eclectic elements of country, lo-fi punk, surf/psych/garage rock, Tex-Mex, and slacker/stoner/skate culture into something that is uniquely their own. Known for their relentless touring schedule and DIY work ethic, the band is one of the most exciting independent success stories of recent years. The band has toured with The Black Keyes, Dr. Dogg, Devendra Banhart, and Jonathan Richman, among others. Delivery and CD quality as expected

The Growlers bring a interesting and addicting sound with their "beach goth" style. Although a bit more refined (re: produced) in comparison to their earlier works (Chinese Fountain and before), City Club is an absolute joy to listen to. These days it can be hard to find and album that has quality across the tracks such that one can listen through the whole album from start to finish, again and again. City Club is just that.

Forse 5 stelle non bastano ! City Club rappresenta l’apice della Band trovando le giuste sonorità per diventare una delle Band più fighe della scena indie rock . Se apprezzate il genere Dovete e ripeto DOVETE acquistare questo capolavoro . Buon Ascolto!!!!
