He is pretty slim with very long arms and legs. He wears Medium tall shirts and tops and 31-32 waist bottoms with a 36-38” inseam. I ordered this jacket in a Large Tall and it could not be more perfect with just a little bit of extra space in the arms and body. The jacket hangs loose on him but in a very good way. The arms are definitely tall size, slighty going over the end of the wrist on to the hand. I would definitely say the jacket runs on the more fitted and smaller side, simply bc size large in general is bigger on him in every way. This is not. I ordered the large tall thinking he could layer, and he will be able to but probably not with any kind of thick hoodie. The pigskin leather smelled amazing right out of the bag. The feel of it is so nice. We have a real leather jacket for him from Wilson’s leather and there’s definitely a difference in leather type but this jacket really is a nice leather material. Honestly, I thought for sure we’d be returning this, that it would be some crazy awful jacket all hyped up to be leather from Amazon. Nope. The jacket is really great. For reference I’m 6ft4in 180lbs. This jacket fits me. Honestly I should have gotten the xl tall. But this jacket looks good on me not all bulky, for once it’s a nice fit!The quality is good the leather is a bit stiff but that’s what leather is until you break it in. Seams appear to be well stitched. My had NO Smell at all just leather. For me to make the next comment is shocking even to me! I’m always cold. This jacket is warm!Is it a motorcycle jacket No. It’ll offer some protection. I seen a review where the guy posted his picture in the jacket and his jacket looked really good on him. I found the fit guide to be pretty useful and, turns out, accurate. However I was a bit apprehensive at the price-to-quality ratio of this as it looked really nice but was still pretty cheap ($150 on sale at the time).I am 6' 2" and 270lbs and all around a thicker guy so I got the 2XL Tall which is usually the size I prefer in t-shirts and hoodies.It fits a bit tight around the chest, as in I have limited movement in lifting my arms above my chest. Also the sleeves are a little long and not tight enough around the wrists (A medium glove fits tightly on me). When riding the wind will open the cuffs slightly and let a bit of wind in.That being said, the coat is so well made and good looking that it's worth those shortcomings. It looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. I love how it feels and it fits so well everywhere else that I just feel good wearing it. It is easily my favorite coat now and I look forward to wearing it. I plan to do something about tightening the wrist cuffs somehow as that is my only real complaint. The tight chest area seems to be breaking in a bit after more use. I would buy this again and I would pay more for it if I had to.It is REAL pig skin. The smell doesn't lie. I love it but you will notice it when it's in the room with you.
