My original parcel disappeared en route (well done Royal Mail) and after a short email from me asking where the basins were, a very friendly Anna was on the telephone straight away apologising that the parcel had not arrived and advising that they would be opening the store especially the next day (Saturday) to send them again. The second shipment arrived very swiftly within a couple of days and were exactly what I wanted.The basins themselves are nice and small, just the right size for individual puddings, with lids that snap on beautifully and don't warp or leak during the steaming process. They are robust enough to withstand oven (or in my case Aga) temperatures but also went through the dishwasher without marking or warping.All in all, despite the short delay which was not down to Just Pudding Basins at all, I would thoroughly recommend this company and product.
