Great time saver to help beginners with Pro Tools
As a complete novice/beginner in the PT world, having a keyboard with so many functions already mapped in place is a huge boost to efficiency and makes recording set up much easier. This keyboard won't make you magically better at ProTools, however if you take the time to figure out what you want to do, it can save time by reducing clicking around and pointless menu diving.

Can't see Caps lock light.. & Extra function keys mess with muscle memory...
Very nice keyboard... Several things tho... The function keys on the bottom left & right mess with my muscle memory of having control at the bottom left & right... Dunno why they changed that... Also I dunno what the camera button is for where the FN usually is... also my big complaint is the caps lock light is not noticable with the back lighting... other brands have a dedicated caps lock light on the top right so you're sure...
