These bands are exactly what I was looking for. Small enough for my wife to use, yet strong enough for me to use. My wife loves the colors as well. I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to buying anything for my home gym and these do NOT disappoint. I have been through alot, and I mean ALOT, of resistance bands that just don't last or withstand my abuse. I have been using these resistance bands for a couple months now and I must say, the $15 price tag is well worth it. There are many resistance bands on Amazon, but these are a diamond in the rough. TRUST ME, don't buy the other cheap resistance bands as I have, you can tell these are made with GREAT quality and will NOT POP ON YOU like the others!!! I posted some pictures. Keep in mind I am 6 foot 3 inches tall. These bad boys will break you well before you break them.
