**Q: The standard blade is 18 tpi.  how well does that blade do for picture frames?  thanks.**
A: Perfect for picture frames skirting .

**Q: is it high enough to do mitres on 7 inch skirting board?**
A: Hi, although it might be possible if you can’t the saw back, it’s not really the ideal tool for tall mitre cuts as the blade can deviate and cut out of square, use a powered mitre saw canted to 45 degrees with the skirting laying flat for best results.
These saws will cut square as long as the blade is sharp, saw not forced and allowed to cut in it’s own time and ideally the wood clamped to the back fence. 
Some candle wax on the blade, posts and strengthening bar will help with minimising frictional losses.

**Q: How high does the blade go? Will itdo 6 inches?**
A: Yes, the blade will go as high as 6 inches.

**Q: which blade is supplied with the kit? 10TPI?**
A: Not as I bought extra blades to go with it.
