Mine didn’t even come with directions to put it together! **Q: how thick the insert can be?** A: Standard poster board. **Q: Package came without screws. What size screws do I need??** A: Maybe be had screws. **Q: Is hardware included?** A: There are a few things included but I had to use most of my own tools. I had to request several missing parts a few times , it works good now but the quality control people needed much more training as I had several small very important pieces missing. I had a very frustrating experience with this company but after about 6 weeks it was resolved. The pictures shows the finished product but this frame does NOT come with any board to mount a poster to - that you have to purchase separately which was another $ 30 amazon purchase for 2 plastic sheets the same size. The instructions referred to numbers of the frame pieces but there were no numbers on the frame pieces themselves.
