The meals are easy to use and very convenient. The flavor was delicious and they were filling.  My only issue is milk based products due to an allergy. Wish there were more options.

I like the amount of product for the price. I wish there were bigger bundles such as 4 days worth instead of only 2days worth. I love the taste of the hot multigrain cereal. The shakes are good also but way too much sugar; I am diabetic so these are out of sight. Up to 20g of sugar in a shake-- that is 5tsp. . I mean really?!!! Awful. The hot cereal alone has 14g of sugar. It tastes better than copycats or the originals like M.F. but my health cannot afford the sugar. Please Healthy Solutions cut back the sugar and/or offer a diabetic friendly version. Thanks.
