So easy to use, unflip the handles, pop them in the cup, add coffee to your taste and slowly pour over the water. Allow to sit as per your taste (longer makes it stronger), then take out. When removing from the cup, it is necessary to use both handles as the first time I used only the long handle and it tipped up slightly. They provide a small lid for each which also doubles as a saucer. Really simple idea and manufactured well, used regularly and still no sign of any issues. I don't normally write reviews but I highly recommend these.
