Initially I had some issues after ordering this kit as certain parts of the documents were missing, however, upon contacting the company they were very swift, approachable and thorough in their response in rectifying the mistake, sending me a brand new kit directly via the post. The kit instructions were very easy to follow with clear explanations and diagrams, after collecting the samples it was a simple case of dropping them off at my local post office. Around two weeks later I received the results via a password encrypted email, all very professional and well conducted. Worth the money as provides peace of mind, would use again, just wish it were a little cheaper.
