We ate in love with pur Jackery's ! We ate in Hurricane state, and loss of power is normal here. We have 3 fridges and 2 huge freezers , and a portable , battery-powerstation is a life saver ! It runs fantadtic ! Charging speed is really fast ! We got ours at 20 % full and it was 100 % full in about 1.5 hrs ! We also have plenty sunshine here , so it's easy to te charge it on the patio ! I believe we got great value for our money ! I guess we are set now , currently we own about 9000 watt with 5 different sizes in Jackery's. They are also perfect for boon docking!" Recommend 100 %

I have the Explorer 2000. I decided to order the Explorer 2000 plus and extra battery. Wow, it's bigger in size! I love the extra battery and solar saga 200 panels! I didn't realize, I can charge the battery separately from the generator! This system is great! It's very easy to use and offers double the power!

The Jackery 4000 runs my RV completely- frog, air conditioner, lights, TV and SVD. Easy set up for recharge. Solar energy made simple.

Receive error when charging with one solar panel that it came with. Its not every time but enough to become an annoying as we have to find some combo of restarting the device and unplugging several time for it to take input from the solar panel. It came with two panels - but error mostly happens when only one is used. Doesn't matter which panel. Doesn't matter if its full sun or partial. Same dam error keeps popping up. What makes it extra annoying is that when the error fired off it'll keep supplying power to what ever output you press the physical buttons for. BUT it will not work via the App once the solar panel input error fires. whack.

Nice battery backup to help with thunderstorms and other power outages. We only have 2 solar panels so charging is VERY slow. It works fine and we are considering more panels in the future. I do wish the panel to battery cables were longer. For us the ideal panel location has the battery in direct sun/heat as well. I've run our refrigerator with no problems. I also setup a small AC and laptop computer to see if I could power my office. Both the fridge test and PC test worked great. I did not run the battery down but the power indicator on the battery indicated we could run for 6+ hours without the solar panels. I need to see how much the 400W panels help.

I usually don’t write reviews but this product is awesome! We planned to use it for a Fourth of July camping weekend. We bought it a few days earlier and contacted Jackery support , they managed the way to expedite the shipping process and we got it on time for our trip. We used almost every weekend since them, always on camping. The first time we used only to plug a tower fan, it last the four days we were out. Not 24 hours, but most of the day, at least 16 hours in the hot Florida’s summer . After that we used to plug a 12000 BTU portable ac only at night time, and the fan together for two nights, three days trip. No need to recharge. The last time we plugged in a cooler/ refrigerator 24 hours for three days. Plus the AC and fan at night. When the spare battery was at 70% ,in a primitive campsite, I took the generator to recharge in about an hour it got to 70% and that was plenty for the rest of our trip. It would be nice if it comes with a cover. Great product, great costumer service. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Found this same item on Jackery website a little cheaper and they priced matched for me. Thanks Jackery! Had to use about a week after purchasing as our power went out. Why who knows. Constant issue here in TX. So happy to plug in coffee pot! Son plugged in Microwave and hot air cooker to make himself breakfast. Power wasn't out long. We also have gas one but so great to be able to wheel this inside where needed! Plugging into house to charge did cause a breaker to trip so going to cost me more moola to have Electrician out. They are going to up amps (which I've been needing to do anyway) on breaker box and give me a designated plug for charging.
