I was setting up a squat rack that is literally just an inch from the ceiling in a certain part of the garage and not wanting to accidentally touch it while moving things around, I took precautions by setting this up first. It's a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. Would it hold if a steel beam hit it (like my squat rack is)? I hope I never have to find out. Luckily, I could set up the squat rack without accidentally touching the sprinkler, but oh man, I was nervous.
