So I use an under patch to keep the cgm adhesive off my skin and I use this over the top of it all. Works great! It even keep the cgm in place after a long steamy bath! ### ⭐ Doesn't stay on *by T***N on August 20, 2024* I found that the cover doesn't stay on over the dexcom unit. Also you must be sure that the unit is inserted in the right direction or the cover won't fit. I also found that the clamp rubs against the side and causes irritation.
